Free cancellation 72hrs before the day of Arrival (Except 5,- Euros transaction costs).
For cancellations within the 72 hours before the day of arrival: The first night's amount will be penalized, except for stays of 4 nights or longer, where 30% of the reservation will be charged. (Except for special packages and Non-Refundable offers)
In case of premature departure the hotel will charge the total of the departure day and 40% of all remaining services booked and non used. (Except for special packages and Non-Refundable offers, where the total of the reservation will be charged)
Hotel Tropic Park reserves the right to correct any rate discrepancy arisen from the system. In this case, the hotel will notify the client about this issue, in no longer than 24 hours. The client has the right to accept the rate difference or to cancel the reservation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

- Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Note that children older than 10 are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
